Affirmation of the day: I owe it to myself

You owe yourself one hour of self-maintenance. It could be exercise, sitting outside enjoying fresh air, reading, taking a nap, meditation, dancing, or whatever allows you to discover peace. One hour, 1/24 of your day. Less than 5% in one day. It matters to allow yourself this time. This is not selfish. It’s offering you the ability to be more.
