I nourish my body and mind by breathing deeply. As long as I am alive, the depth of my breathing will influence the value of life force I carry into myself. Breathing deeply provides better energy, releases stress, and encourages me to slow down to simplify both my concerns and emotions.
I will intentional breath. With my eyes closed, I will deeply breathe in through my nose, taking in the surrounding air-filling my lungs and abdomen with this life enhancing ability. As I inhale, I will imagine pure energy circulating into nourish my body and mind. As I exhale through my mouth, I will feel the tension release and my body unwind. Having these few calm moments frees me to sit back and relax in nature blessings, soothing my soul.
