The next time I feel stressed. I will step back and inhale and exhale deeply. I will laugh and smile. I will remind myself who I am and why I am here. I will remind myself I am never given anything in this life that I can’t handle. I will be strong, I will be flexible with change, I will love me . I will remind myself to keep moving forward even if it’s slow crawl. I will not fear stress and I won’t let it control my life.
